Between 5am and 6am 90% of the time. Been like that for so long now.

He always wakes at 7.30. Maybe 8am on the odd occasion. He goes to bed at 7.30/8pm. He's always been a great sleeper and is very active during the day!!

She's 3 and a half so hopefully close enough but she wakes up at about 7.30 am and is usually in bed by 7.30pm, asleep by 8.

Wow all you guys are lucky. My 4.5 year old DS is not a morning person. Of a weekday morning we need to leave between 7:30 and 8am. I dress DS while he is still in bed and take breakfast on the go for him. If i wake him up any early he just goes back to where ever he ends up

On weekends he is usually up at around 9.. maybe 8 every now and then.
