My very good friends are all living in different cities, so we call each other a few times a month. I actually prefer to email because I despise talking on the phone, but they prefer to call, so we do both.

This is me! Answering a phone has been the main part of my job over the last 8 years. I'm not a huge fan of talking on the phone especially for long chats. Would rather Facebook, email or catch up in person

Yep! Me too, when I was working I spent a good part of the day on the phone! Most of my calls go to message bank, unless it's DH, my mum or day care! I'm the queen of texting! (FBing, LOL)!

I hate talking on the phone too. Used to love it. Now I'd prefer to email/text and do my own thing in my free time.

Thank God I'm not the only one!!!

DH is always like; "you're such a b!tch" when I let the phone go to message bank, but it's not that I don't want to talk to the person calling, it's just that I'm always doing something else!

I chat to my Mum for maybe an hour 3 or 4 times a week while I'm cooking dinner. I'll talk to my bro and sis about once a month for a few hours each, and my little sis I text and Facebook mainly.

Friends I rarely talk to on the phone - much prefer to catch up in person, but I will also happily to-and-fro with emails with them.

Whenever I see any of these people in person we always chat for hours, but I'm just not big on talking on the phone. Probably because it gives me an earache because I'm almost deaf in one ear, so my good ear is attached to the phone and my other one is straining constantly to listen to background noises. Not a fan.

Rarely ever! We usually text, email or chat in person. My bestie & I try and catchup once a fortnight for brekky/lunch and a good chat

At least every other day. I also work with two of my best friends, but we still manage to chat on the phone for ages a few times a week.

Basically never as her DS comes to my daycare so I get to see her everyday Monday to Friday and we still catch up at least once month as well.
