I too am a 1st time mum and want to keep it a bit quiet. I found out I was pregnant on my birthday last week. So going out to pre-planned dinners and lunches I had mocktails. Everyone still thought that I was drinking. So far it worked for me.

    Congratulations!
If you're drinking at home I can reccommend a non alcoholic sparkling grape juice. It smell, tastes and looks like champagne. I drink this at big holiday functions and everyone is surprised when I tell them it's non alcoholic. It's called Fronti, and you can get it for $4 a bottle at Safeway, it's in the isle near the beer making stuff, or the other sparkling non alcoholic stuff.
But if you're out I'd say the antibiotic thing would be the best bet. But the vodka, lemon & lime drink is a good idea. No good for me, cos everyone knows I don't drink it!! hahaha
We found out about 6 weeks, and kept it secret till nearly 12 weeks too. It was hard, cos I just wanted to shout it out. I had told my sisters and that was it, they kept the secret. I think you need one person to tell so you stay sane for those early weeks!!

It's tricky. Im not allowed to go mid lesson so I have to go at least half hour intervals. I'm going about once an hour at the moment. I don't drink between starting my shift and going on my break though.
6 times in 40 minutes? Wow. I hope it doesn't get that bad for me, that would be kinda hard to hide lol.

Yeah, definitely. I actually teach babies so my little one will be in the water from 4 months.
