    Default Interstate surrogacy

Does anyone know anything about interstate surrogacy? I know (think?) in WA you have to of known each other for 2 years (is that correct?) does that apply to interstate surrogacy or is it even possible?

Interstate surrogacy is very possible, different states have different expectations with regard to how long you have known each other. The only "difficult" state (well territory) is the Northern Territory which (last I checked) has no laws preventing surrogacy but if a child is born from a surrogacy agreement in NT, their birth certificate can't be changed to the IPs
