    Default Hypnobirthing course - Melbourne??

    I am looking into hypobirthing courses in Melbourne and any recommendations anyone has?

    Only 7wks but I heard they book out super quick!

    Umm, I think they are similar (im not sure). I looked on BH directory and they are all listed together under hypno/calm birth.

    I would welcome info on either.

    I **think** Mangoon technique is the one I am interested in, but im not sure - its all a little confusing

    We are doing Calm Birth through Mamatoto midwives, and the person running it is also our private midwife. It's in April so I can let you know how it goes although wont be able to say how effective it is until July!

    Hi buttoneska I did this course last weekend and really enjoyed it. It focuses a lot on breathing and relaxation which helps with both fear and pain management.

    If you want any more details just let me know.
