Default So sorry but another ovulation question .. please help!

    Hello ladies

Trying our hardest to conceive again so I did an OPK day before yesterday and the test line was fainter than the control line. Yesterday I did another and it came up darker than the day before but not quite as dark as the control line so I'm confused as to whether I am ovulationg or just have ovulated.

Which leads me to my next question .. does anyone else get major gas and constipation and fairly intense lower abdominal pain while ovulating? Yesterday I had these symptoms big time and the pain in my abdomen and ovary at one point was so sore that I couldn't sit for too long because of the pressure in that area. Today I'm back to normal so I'm wondering if other's go through this also? Anyways, I'm fairly certain I ovulated .. at least I think I did?

    Your thoughts?

I always thought that the line had to the same darkness as the control line to be ovulating. In my experience my part of my line was the same darkness as the control line & faded to one side. I hope that makes sense. Are you taking your temp? This is always a good way to confirm ovulation.

To be honest I've been tracking for quite awhile and I've never gotten a test line as dark as the control line and I've fallen pregnant once already. Not sure I guess. The days before I was testing I had only one line and only in the last two days have I had a second line come up so yeah .. who knows. Although like I said I'm pretty sure I ovulated because the not being able to sit down for too long on ovulation day has been going on for years now.

I haven't actually tried tracking my temps on an ongoing basis. I did it for three days in a row and came up with readings all over the place so figured that probably wouldn't work for me ..
