sounds to me like hired thugs. is it possibleur ex paid/asked someone to do this? maybe to use in future etc?
I am on the phone to docs now, i keep getting transfered to other depts and no one has given me answers yet
I wouldn't be waiting for tomorrow to happen. I'd be calling DOCS and talking to the appropriate people right now. You have these 3 peoples names, that makes it easy. If these people are not legitimate, you need to know NOW so you can protect yourself, possibly having police on your side for tomorrow.
If these people aren't legitimate, what are they doing with the photos they have taken? It could be your ex breaching his AVO.
They should have shown you documentation (warrants etc) to take photographs and even enter your house without your permission.
I had DOCS call me in relation to false allegations he and his mother had made about me.
I spoke with her and then rung my lawyer. The first thing they did was call the DOCS office and confirm that it was in fact actually DOCS who called.
Ring a legal advice hotline today and get informed of your rights! So you know where you stand!!

Did they give you any paperwork?
If it was DOCS call your local community legal centre and ask for an urgent appointment so that you can get some advice on your rights and responsibilities before tomorrow.
Definately have people there that can ask as witnesses and support.
Also have a copy of your AVO and any other documents/orders about your daughter that is in your possession.

Well that got me no where, I rang the head office - who transferred me to the regional office - who transferred me to the local office who told me to ring the complaints line.
I got no paper work.
I know my local community place only has legal aide the 1st of the month as they come from 2 hrs away, I was there on the 1st of march about DDs father when he took her and wouldnt bring her home.. and TBH they were useless she told me there is nothing I can do about it at all...except go through a recovery order if it was to happen again.
I guess they thought you wanted to complain- maybe ring again just to make sure that they who were they said they were- check their credentials.
There are some booklets available online that explain your rights and responsibilities when it come to Child Protection.
Just google DOCS/Child Protection and your state.
Can you possibly get an emergency appointment with a Lawyer? I know it's expensive, but if they were CHild Protection Officers, you are best to seek Legal Advice.
