I still have not stopped thinking about the OP and worrying. But I do think its likely the police would advise not to return to the thread for security reasons. (last we knew she was going to the police). If these people have been stalking her it wouldn't be hard to find this thread...

OP, if you do return, please don't mention anything about where you've gone or where your DD is (preschool etc). We'd just like to know that you're safe. (maybe the OP could pm a mod to let us know she's ok?)

Yikes! I am worried about the OP too!

This is the most alarming thread i have ever read also. I wish there was something more tangible i could do to help.

I'm subscribing also hoping to hear that you and your child are safe and well.

Please let us know if anyone can do anything to help.

I've been following too - and I agree on all counts. It sounds suspicious and dangerous. I used to be a lawyer and now work for a department that deals with child protection. I hope the OP and her DD are ok. Please tell a mod you're safe if you can, and know how much support you have on here

It was 2 men and a woman and they didn't even introduce themselves or anything just started yelling at me saying all these things I do wrong. All of this in front of my 5 yr old mind you, I was balling my eyes out could barely breathe and they just kept attacking. They finally left after I agreed to have them come back tomorrow to do a "risk assesment" Poor DD was so scared and upset she asked me to stay awake all night to make sure they don't come in and take her out of her bed.One of the claims he made was that my house is "filthy" & it just so happened they came the day after my DDs birthday party, so there was party stuff all over the kitchen and her new toys scattered everywhere. They were walking around taking photos of everything, saying it was filth! I said if you see it's just wrapping paper and toys. Then one of the claimed there was feces on a plate! I was like it's chocy ice cream from my daughters bday party They did not let me have one word in, and I am now terrorfied of them.I have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow when they come back, and would love to hear from anyone who has been in this situation - I am petrified my daughter is going to be taken away, when my ex is a physco and I bet they won't investigate his story & why he would make false reports about me.Please help, I am a nervous wreck (
I'm so sorry you are going through this. But I'm a bit suss, the fact they came in and were saying nasty things and taking photos rings alarm bells for me. Did they show any ID? When my ex and I broke up we were ****ed of at each other. I called the tax office and he called child services and rattled of a whole bunch of crap to them about me. I had 2 women show up, come in, take a look at dd, my fridge (to see if there was food) and ask if I was on drugs. They left after 30 minutes and told me that he will be sent a warning letter stating that making false statements was a crime and a waste of time when they could be somewhere else with kids that actually need them.I just think from what you wrote maybe the ex had something to do with it?

Can you call DOCS to make sure they were legitimate. You could even speak to someone there about what happened and how you were treated! I am a teacher and this doesn't sound anything like how DOCS conduct themselves!! I'd make a complaint about how you were treated!
