What do you do with the saline during the day?

My DD was snuffly for the first few months. I just used a saline spray & suction thingy before bed & whenever she woke up overnight. Aside from that made sure room was right temp, as dust free as possible & had fresh air.
Not sure what to do if it is really bad, maybe a humidifier?
DD grew out of it by about 2 or so months I think, haven't had problems with sniffles for a while thankfully. .

My DD has the same. As previously mentioned I use the saline drops throughout the night at each nappy change. I asked the pediatrician about it at DD's 6 week check up. He said babies have small nasal passages and you just have to wait till they grow bigger. I wasn't sure what to make of that
