French toast with maple syrup
Icecream (I'm assuming you have a thermy)
I freeze egg whites to make pavlova- usually in ice cubes which I then put in snap lock bags. It's also good for fruity dream out of EDC that way, I just defrost them a little.

Creme brûlée, Creme caramel or custard slice with the yolks.
Or quiche, zucchini slice, asparagus tart, omelettes, frittata, carbonara, egg and lettuce sandwiches.

Spannish Creme ... hmm I haven't made that in ages. I should make some. Tis DD3's birthday tomorrow so now would be a good time.
