    Nom nom I love lemon tart it's hubby's fav too but he would be devo if I made it while he was away! Might have to make it early next week so it can fester in the fridge until he is home on Wednesday

    Lemon butter

    Icecream (I'm assuming you have a thermy)

    I freeze egg whites to make pavlova- usually in ice cubes which I then put in snap lock bags. It's also good for fruity dream out of EDC that way, I just defrost them a little.

    I've never made lemon butter

    Yep Def have a thermy good idea re: freezing them and using them for sorbet/fruity dream

    Angel food cake or pavlova or friands with the whites
    Creme brûlée, Creme caramel or custard slice with the yolks.
    Or quiche, zucchini slice, asparagus tart, omelettes, frittata, carbonara, egg and lettuce sandwiches.
