    Default Painful sex during ovulation??

    Hi Ladies,

I ovulated some time Friday or Saturday and had sex on these nights but the sex was kinda painful. I was having o cramps too, started on about thurs/Friday and was at it's peak on Sat/Sun, accompanied with lower back pain. It was like when he's penis hit my cervix it hurt. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I haven't before at all so it's kinda weird for me. This is our first month of TTC no. 2. I used an OPK which showed I was ovulating this weekend (just gone).

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced ovulation pain and if sex was painful at that time too??

    Thanks

    P.S. Pain has subsided now

I don't know if it's "normal" but I'm finding this time around by cervix was really tender around ovulation time and sex was uncomfortable/painful - so at least you're not the only one!

Well thanks for your responses ladies, turns out I am pregnant! Yay! So painful sex during ovulation is a good sign, in a way, I guess. I'm 4 weeks now, due in early December
