    Default Day time routine....

What is/or was your day time routine for your 11-13 week old baby?

Just curious to see what everyones routines are like.

    Thankyou! x

It's very flexible but seems to go

530-6am - wake up and eat, then goes for walk with DH, and sleeps 1-2 hours during the walk

8-9am - wakes up for a feed, play

    1030-1130am - another sleep, usually 3/4 hour

    1230-1pm - feed and play

1-2pm - down for another sleep, hopefully 2 hours

3-4pm - another feed and play

    5-6pm - another sleep, 3/4 hour mostly

630-7pm - snack feed, bath, massage, big long cluster feed

8pm - into bed, but has usually been sleeping/napping on breast

Then (hopefully) up 3 hourly overnight.

Every day, we also read a book, have a walk outside and do some tummy time.

Except lately her sleep has been terrible, so that all goes haywire quite regularly!!! We are also not really good at doing tummy time every day, but she is frequently carried in the sling.

DS is 13 weeks today & has been kind of in the same routine for about 4 weeks now:

    wake up at 6 - 6.30am & has a feed
awake for about 1.5hrs & we play
    go to sleep at 7.30 - 8am
    sleeps for 2.5hrs then wakes at 10 - 10.30am & has feed
awake for about 1.5hrs & we have play time
    go to sleep at 11.30 - 12pm
sleeps for about 1hr then wakes at 12.30 - 1pm we go for a walk, he feeds at about 2 - 2.30pm & is ready for a sleep again
    sleeps for 2.5hrs so wakes about 5 - 5.30pm & we play & then he feeds at 6 - 6.30pm
sleeps at 7pm for about 1.5hrs
wakes at 8.30pm for a play & then we bath & has a last feed at around 9.30pm
Then he sleeps all the way through to 6 - 6.30am

We are too and I just go with it and follow DDs lead. Mind you, she's pretty allergic to sleep! So it's a big day!
