    capri that is fantastic news,
afm I had a terrible morning pricked my finger with the needle and then injected into thin air wasted a whole vile of puregon! These drugs make me very vague and silly!
just a quick question has anyone changed fs and how did you know to change?
    To all
Hi emmylou81 - we did out first 3 cycles with Melbourne IVF seeing a FS there. We felt that failed cycles there was no willingness to look into other possible issues with us and our option was just to keep on trying. We changed to Monash IVF and seeing a new FS who is great - he diagnosed me with NKC which the previous FS didn't and most likely the reason we had those three failed cycles - grrr! In our first round with new clinic / FS and 4thoverall

So to change, to answer your question, you'll need to get a referral from your GP to take to the new FS and ask your current FS for your full written history. I picked all of this up and then took it to my new FS and clinic and all was good : )

    Hi prettypetal79

It certainly does sound like a lot of extra stuff - but it's all things to help you get your little bubs
My first 3 cycles I only used crinone, all 3 failed. About to start 4th and this round I am taking a heap more medication, particularly in the last stages including clexane, dexamethasone, patches etc it's certainly overwhelming, just taking it one week at a time. I know that I start my syneral tomorrow and stop taking pill on Thursday - doesn't sound too bad, lol!

Emmylou hope ur fingers ok! I have changed fs twice. The first fs i had been seeing for 2yrs hardly did any testing during that time and kept telling us it would happen and to just keep trying clomid. The final straw for me was when she called me by someone elses name and was referring to someone elses history! The 2nd fs i really liked and the only reason we changed from him was bcos he would not try anything different even tho we'd had 2 failed ivfs with him and bcos I wanted further investigations done such as a laparoscopy which he wouldn't do. It is a bit of a hassle and that was y I stayed with my first fs so long but I'm so glad I've made every change bcos we keep getting that one step closer. Also I've found that now I'm more savvy with it and keep records in spreadsheet form of what we have tried/tests we've done/what medication and dose I've been on ect. It just helps me feel more in control and I can easily look back as well

Sorry if I've missed anyone when I was replying! Question, how do I know that what I'm on progesterone wise is enough? I'm on crinone morning and night. Does anyone know with crinone does it matter if u don't take it at the same time every day?

I am on crinone as well, we figured that as long as you took in around the same time you are ok. as long as it wasn't say at 10 int he morning then 5 in the evening. I have it around 7 but this morning didn't wake up and had it at 8. Having said that, I spoke to my nurse tonight and I asked if I should use it before the ET tomorrow at 9 and she said to wait till after when I get my accupunture and I was laying down for 30 mins. Hope that helps?

Hi capri_12 I was using crinone on my last three cycles, just once a day at night and I used to do it just before bed. My nurse at the time said that you should do it at the same time but she Los said anywhere within 1-2 hours old be fine
