    Hi All

I haven't been on Bub hub for ages and as I have recently started IVF/ICSI #4 I thought I would get back on to Bub hub as it is such a great way to discuss my concerns and questions and worries and know that most people on here are going through exactly the same thing!

I am using Bub hub on my iPad for the first time so hopefully it works as well as the actual website!
Would love to hear your stories...as for me....

I am 27, been married since September to my DH who is 36. TTC since Apr2009. Had a natural pregnancy and unfortunately miscarriage in Dec2009 and have been trying ever since! Started IVF with ICSI last year and had 2 failed stim rounds and one Failed FT round. DH has low (3%) morphology and I have low ovarian reserves, recently found out through new doctor and new IVF clinic that I also have NKC! This next round will be using ICSI with HA and also CID

Baby dust to all and I look forward to talking with you soon

    Xxx

Hello everyone I'm new to this thread but I recognise a few names from the Male Factor Infertility thread. I'll be another for the roll call...after finding out in January that DH is azoospermic, 3 months and 2 FS appointments later and we are pretty much set to go for ICSI my next cycle - about three weeks away! Eep!

The FS doesn't want to us to hang around as I have an AMH level of 6.6 which means an ovarian reserve below average for my age - but no delays is fine by us, it's been a long enough wait already! He also did an ultrasound and thinks that I must have endometriosis in my left ovary, so laproscopy is now scheduled for a fortnight from now. A lot to contend with all happening very fast...I'm going to freak out soon I suppose, about surgery and injections, but I am also very excited to have things underway. And I already know how supportive BubHub folk are so I am glad to be here!

    Hi Ladies!!

I'd love to jump in here & hope to keep up as these pages move so fast, which is great, it means lots of interaction.

A little about where I am at... Started IVF ICSI due to MFI, started late Feb, early Mar & were one of the "lucky" ones - fell pregnant on the first attempt..... Sadly miscarried @ 6 weeks (on good Friday just passed) currently in limbo land waiting for AF to arrive.... Have never wanted it sooo badly!! If my body treats my m/c as a AF, & reruns to normal cycle, then my calculation is one week... Hurry up!!

Had today off work, emotions going crazy was a crying mess :-(

Need to hang with you girls for support x

Also to you first timers -
My biggest fear apart from spiders is needles.... I won't lie, I hated it BUT it was more the thought then anything else... The needles were so fine & sometimes a slight sting afterwards but was no where near as bad as I expected & it's SO TOTALLY worth it... A lot of girls talk about icing it, I never did but it's worth a try (I laid on our bed, covered my eyes with a towel & told him just do it don't count)

Thanks Megbob & Hi Khutch, looks like I start my jabs a week following you - EEKKK! I too am in similar position work wise & worry about being a major B****. I ended up telling my 2 Managers (I'm a PA) that we are starting IVF & believe that I might be quite moody once the injections start ect, I also made them aware that I will need to start work late or leave early on some days due to tests etc. They have been fantastic & understanding (so far lol) I guess at least keeping them in the loop they understand whats happening.

Hey there lovely ladies, especially all the newbies out there

On day 3 of my injections and wow, talk about making a huge fuss about nothing. I got DH to do the first one, and he was stressing big time as was I, but didn't feel a thing. I did my 2nd one myself and no dramas. Now we take it in turns.

DH has a question for you lot.... when do the mood swings kick in? LOL he is very worried!!

marttc sorry to hear of your sad news... hopefully this month will be better x

Just to fill you in where we are up to, this is our first cycle of IVF (ICSI). Pill popping at the moment & start jabs on the 11th May! Have been trying for 17 months, no children for either of us previously. I have had 2 resections of endo & on waiting list for 3rd although FS said there is a clear path to my ovaries so we can still go ahead with IVF (yay), last check DH has relativly low count however he has started some supps so hopefully that will build the little swimmers up!

Very thankful to have all you ladies to lean on & share stories with!

Hi there ladies, we will be commencing our first round of IVF early May.
Thought I would be more excited, not really sure how to feel at the moment.
Don't think im feeling too worried about the injections, more nervous about work etc as I'v just started a new job so worrying about the juggling and sick days but hey we need the cash - would love not to work!!

A little about us we have been TTC since July 2011 couple of rounds of clomid with no 'O' due to my PCOS and diagnosed clomid resistant. Decided to skip the injections and IUI and here we are at IVF. Our FS said that really with my condition we are making the right decision. So here we are, look forward to joining you all in the May/June cycles. Good luck to all
