Oh and this cycle and the last one - the two that count, I put on between 3 and 4 kgs, all of which was weed off (sorry TMI) about 7-10 days after EPU! (Well I hope so for this cycle too - will let you know LOL)
And the last couple of days my belly feels very full! I mentioned this to FS and he said "good" - means the drugs are working, and he is pushing me pretty hard because of my MIA ovaries! (So they can reach the left one )
But remember like with pregnancy symptoms everyone is different my dear! xx

I'm reading all these posts - so many posts! - and being both impatient to start jabbing and terrified to do so. I am finally starting to recover from the laparoscopy/hysteroscopy 3 weeks ago and doing another week of Synarel only so I'll be more comfortable for the injections/EPU phase. It's weird...I'm halfway through an IVF cycle yet somehow still feeling like we are in limbo because it's taking so long to move forward. We're 2 weeks behind the original schedule now and I am worried because I made plans weeks ago to do a pretty public-facing activity on what will now be one day before EPU - if everything goes to plan, and my impression is that it doesn't always.

On top of that I've booked in with a counsellor to try and help with my needle phobia. Turns out my anxieties have the magical power to switch off blood flow to my arms so my blood tests don't result in enough to test with. The poor nurses don't like to keep trying, I don't like them to keep trying, but so many BTs have to be done...

It's like IVF is a random stress generator - always coming up with some new concern each day!
It must be so hard to do this with a needle phobia! I respect you heaps for this!
My husband is the same, so I've done all my needles since day 1, 4 years ago!!
I cringe at blood tests, but I really can't complain!
I know what you mean about limbo land.. At least syneral is doing something!! Pray you get moving soon!

It is strange to think you're half way through a cycle when not much seems to be happening - I was like that for ages too with this cycle and then after I started jabbing it all went quickly. Hopefully you don't get too many symptoms and aren't too sore prior to EPU so you have no worries on the day of your event. I feel for you so much having to go through a needle phobia during all of this. It's not much of a mental help but if you drink lots of water prior to a BT then your blood flows easier and they get more

Always a new concern, and there always will be, even after a BFP or even when you have a baby there will be something new to stress about each day, so it's all normal and part of life, lol!

I'm so relieved. My scan showed lots of follies, maybe too many (not sure), but all over 11mm and most 15 and 14. I'm just happy something happened. I'm waiting on bloods to see how it all looks big picture wise. EPU date still to be confirmed.

Thanks so much for yesterday's support, was having a small freak out.

Yaaaay well done wunsi - I'm sure your bloods will be fine and you can move on to the next stage - EPU : )
