frannie and Ngaiz Im so sorry. I had friends staying when the last cycle was a bust - the kicker, they had told us (very politely mind you) that they were 9 weeks with no 2, of course, no 1 was also with them. So like you, I had to have my "moment" a bit later (well moments really). Big big hugs. We understand, I hope that helps in some way

We have just started cycle 4 and r adding steroids, clexane and pregnyl to the mix. This will b our last cycle till we move onto donor. We have appointments ready to go during this cycle so if it's a bfn our donor will b ready to go
    xx
Im on cycle 4 too! (Well excusing the two false starts, my new clinic puts us at just starting cycle two) Started jabbing last night. Taking a cautious approach this time and limiting who we let into the fold of knowing! Im assuming you are severe MFI too capri_12?
I had a long chat with my FS about donor the other day. He tells me off for thinking that way, but Im a virgo I like to plan!
We have some massive hurdles to climb if we need to do donor - not because we wont both entertain the option - we definitely do, but no logical donors we can ask (DHs brothers are 51 and 52! etc). Would love to hear how you go with this cycle

And one of the ways I am coping at the moment is to tell myself we learnt much more from last cycle than we knew before too.

    xx

Thanks Marttc, that's given me lots of hope. I'm just really hoping that I get one to transfer and at least one or two to freeze, as everyone knows another full stim cycle is very emotionally, physically and financially draining and may struggle with more time off work. Anyway, I'm putting all my energy into this round, epu Tuesday, transfer Thursday. I have everything crossed but think 2ww will be tough xx

So, DH & I finally got our moment together. Very very sad tonight. We cant ring our nurse until monday of course to ask any questions. Can anyone tell me what happens next? Do we still have to wait till thurs for our BT for anything official to happen? What happens with a FET, can they do it in the next month? Presumably I will ovulate naturally in about 2 weeks. Or do we have to skip a month and wait about another 6 weeks? How can the odds be better on a 2nd cycle when they use the best embryo as a freshie?

PrettyPetal, MamaHarriet, MsJo, Minxyq, Amps, April78, Ngaiz and anyone else I haven't mentioned - sorry to hear of your BFNs - big hugs at this sad and frustrating time xxx

Nala9000, Della77, Mich4761, CluckyDuck, Mrs E 116 and anyone else with happy news I haven't mentioned - CONGRATULATIONS on your BFPs - I hope your numbers are rising steadily xxx

TattooedCaz - sorry to hear of your BFN also, I hope you and DH have a relaxing holiday

Sariele - i usually only get soreness in my ovaries near the end close to egg collection. Note that I usually only have a handful of eggs, you will find that the more eggs/follicles you have on board, the sorer and more full you will feel. I'm told it's all about quality over quantity though, so don't stress if you don't get any soreness

Khutch and the other in the TWW - hope you are surviving and not googling too much, lol! I found that first response is accurate, but don't do it - just wait for BT lol! You'll be saying the same thing back to me in a couple of weeks, haha!

LittleSunflowers hope you are feeling better

Hang in there FranniesPlace - sorry to hear of your bfn. You will still have to go in for your BT unfortunately. I was able to do my FET immediately after my BFN. I know what you mean about how it's seems strange that the odds go up, but apparently they do! I actually stopped thinking about the odds and just have the mindset that if it's meant to be its meant to be and it will happen when it happens - hard not to think off all the odds out there though. You never know, that little frostie MIT not be as good quality as the fresh one, but it may be the one that sticks, it's like friggin roulette!!! Great question about the men's forum, but I'm not sure of any. I'll look out to see if anyone has any opinions on this

Good luck with your acupuncture SelM22 - I hope you have great results and enjoy the relaxation a hmm, makes me want to do it again, lol!

Gampa - it's still early days so try not to be too anxious - its just a ****ty time isn't it - hang in there : )

Capri_12 sorry about your BFN too - I'm in cycle number 4 also, and using clexane, steroids etc for the first time, I start that all next week - do you have NKC also?

Eskimo81 - how are you feeling about EPU? I'm still a little sad that we haven't responded that great from treatment so far but also excited as even if there is only 1 egg, it could be our baby : ) doing my ovidrel at 7pm tomorrow night and am booked for EPU at 9am on Tuesday - wish it was tomorrow I can't wait haha!!

Sorry to anyone that I missed and hope you are all continuing to be your strong amazing selves. Much love xxx

Oh - and baby dust - EVERYWHERE - Coommmmeee oooonnnnnn, lol!

so sorry frannie ... My thoughts are with you right now. Will you be able to cycle again in June do you think with a FET? Or will you consider a full cycle.

AFM - I have been coping really well... had an irritation from the crinone (or so I thought initially) I have spent the last 2 days battling with irritation and finally caved in today and went to the A/H GP and, yes, as I suspected I have a UTI (lit up the stick like a Christmas Tree - complete packed with blood and leukocytes....gross I know)!! Have also had a headache, runny nose and sore throat the last few days.... so hoping that that means I've gotten ill because my immune system is depressed by a litle someone burrowing in hopeful backwards logic I know.
