    Default Are we insane??

Are we crazy to be thinking if buying a new house and moving while I'm in third trimester??? Our house will be ok for a few months but when bubs starts moving around there won't be much room for him to play... The house we liked today has more bedrooms and a dining room which we don't have here the repayments wouldn't be any different to what they are now I'm just worried that it the wrong time.

I kind of did it. We bought this house when I was 38 weeks pregnant with a 1 month settlement period. I gave birth a week later and had to pack the house up and move 1 hour away with a newborn and toddler.
If you can do it all while still pregnant I'd recommend that!!

We bought a house when I was 38 weeks pregnant and then moved when bub was 5 weeks old. I do not recommend it as it was unbelievably stressful, but for us we had no choice. It was buy and move then or stay renting for the forseeable future.

If you do it, make sure you budget enough money to have professionals in to pack and move you or at least to do the actual moving for you.

    Good luck!

We will be moving into our brand new home approx 6-8 weeks before I'm due. Luckily we are living with my in-laws while our house is being built, so everything is already packed up and in storage. It will be just be the unpacking I have to deal with.

We moved when DS was 8 weeks old and are currently moving again now and he's 16 months old.

I'd much rather move when pregnant TBH

We moved when Dd2 was 4weeks old. It was horrible and difficult.

We are moving again now and it's a lot less stressful even though being pregnant I can only do so much.

I'd rather move when pregnant than with a new baby.

We did it. Bought in a regional town after living in a city, it was unrenovated, my husband quit his job and went back to school all 1 week after I got out of hospital after an emergency cs with first DS, he was 5 days old and I couldn't really do any lifting etc.. We moved into the 2 front rooms for the first 2 weeks while the kitchen etc was being made liveable. I had a fridge and microwave and we lived off re heated food from amazing family and friends (I love my oven now).
Crazy? Definitely!!! But what a difference 9 weeks makes
