    Default Trolls on Gumtree?

A few weeks back I put an ad up on gumtree looking for a babysitter.

    Today I got this email:

"I remember the days when you only had to be over 13 to babysit. Bring back the good old days - babysitters club! Where is someone supposed to get working with childrens check?I assume it costs money? So, if I'm thinking correctly, people have to pay money to get payed less than what they have paid for the clearances first?"

Surely this person cant be serious!?

No. I didn't think I could do it in a way that was pleasant. I'm quite shocked. Thinking it would have to be someone looking to get a rise out of me.

I always resist the urge to reply to trolls on Gumtree....only because if you reply, then they have your email address.

I too have tried looking for a babysitter on a few sites. So far I have been rejected by anyone I approached as my 3 yo daughter has epilepsy!! They didn't want the responsibility. Seriously, if you've done the first aid course you can cope. She even gives herself her meds. Oh well its not like I have anything planned.
