VBAC with CIN 3 pap result?

Has anyone been pregnant with CIN 2 or 3 and gone on to have vaginal birth?
I'm still waiting to have my first appointment so haven't been able to ask yet.
I was supposed to have surgery in the next 8 weeks which I obviously can't now.
I had to have an emergency c-section with the girls and this will be my last baby so really hoping for a positive experience and would love a VBAC!

Anyone been in this situation?

Yes, i've been there. When I was pregnant with DS2 we discovered I had CIN 3. They just kept a close eye on it with regular check ups and I had a procedure after i had him to cut out the affected cells.
I ended up having an emergency c-section about 7 hours into the labour but it was because he became distressed and nothing to do with the CIN 3. My Dr was happy to let me have him vaginally but unfortunately it didn't work out that way for me.
