Default New Rape campaign aimed at Teenagers. *trigger warning*

This is running in the UK at the moment.

What are your thoughts on it?

I really really hope that the message gets through to people that this IS rape.

(apolgies to those who are on their phone and can't watch vids... If it's okay someone might be able to describe what happens in the ad if people want to know.)

Thats a great campaign I think. It's definitely portraying a strong image.

Should be shown here is Australia to! Possibly in high school sex ed. classes so teens get the message that this is rape.

I hope the message gets through as well.

To be honest, I don't think the message is powerful enough to make an impact. I like that the ad is there, I like that it could start conversations and keep the dialogue about the rape culture of our society going but I can't see anyone changing their behaviour based on this.

I'm guessing that most rapists are well aware of having raped their victims. The problem isn't with them being unaware so much as them feeling entitled to their victim's body. They may not call themselves rapists but they know what they did was wrong.
