Default 39 Weeks pregnant in first pregnancy with severe nausea, diarrhoea and pain. Normal?

Im just about 39 weeks pregnant with my first child and for the past 2 days ive had severe nausea and sometimes vomitting. Also last night i got a bad case of diarrhoea. Along with all this ive had quite bad pain in my hips and back and lower abdominal area and am having trouble moving because of the pain. Is this normal or what is going on?

I would definitley call the hospital and speak to a midwife...sounds like it might be labour. Good luck!

Ive had braxton hicks contractions for the past 3 months and they can get pretty severe. They aren't coming closer together. Its just painful to move around. Ive tried timing contractions and i get to 22 mins apart nd thats where they stop and then sometimes disappear completely for a while. The most painful thing at the moment is the hip pain. I seen my doctor yesterday and she said it was fine but its gotten worse and it feels like my hips are going to break apart when i walk.

Called the hospital and they didnt want to see me yet. They said to see how i go tonight and if it gets worse then go up there. Its been a constant pain not contractions that come and go so its just confusing :|

That would be confusing! If you have done everything you can to ease the pain and its still there in the morning insist they check you even if it is just for peace of mind. Good luck
