Francisca, lol, I laughed when I read that you are worried about not putting on enough weight. I was the complete opposite. At my 35 week check at the beginning of the week, I had put on 6 kg. Up until 32 weeks, only 4kg. My doctor isnt worried about it. Just eat healthy, and bub will take what it wants. Remember that you have to stop drinking and eating certain foods, so that makes a difference too. For me, I used to drink a fair bit of wine, so I think I started losing my drinking weight when I fell pregnant. But still eating really healthy.
Don't stress about the muscles. Everything is just a guide and precautionary. You will probably be just fine. Just be more careful in the future. Everything will be ok, you'll see. I try and avoid seafood altogether, but occasionally when we go out to dinner, I will treat myself to some fish or prawns.
