Oh Lama, big hugs! I'm over facebook full stop - I think it should be called a social destroying site not a 'social networking site'!

Del, sorry that the witch is here but at least you know you pin-pointed your ovulation correctly. I hope the vitex helps, lots of people have lots of good things to say about it so it does the trick and this is your cycle! I've had a good feeling too (had a bad feeling from the start with angel bub) but after that experience I know I won't be relaxed until I am holding a healthy, screaming bub in my arms. I'm just so relieved to have an ectopic ruled out as my slow to rise levels and bleeding are textbook symptoms!

    Thanks FTM and Boost!!

I'll keep lurking around here for a while but I promise I will not winge once about any of my symptoms! I don't feel confident to join the graduates until we get a heartbeat, especially as my dates are very strange based on when I got my BFP, so still a lot of uncertainty. But at least now I know there is nothing I can do either way except give my tummy lots of love!

Good to hear the good news stretched gives us hope. Funny how you said you had a bad feeling with your angel bub, my mum said to me when I lost my bub that I kept saying but if something happens with this pregnancy and come get me if I'm in the toilet too long. She thinks my mind was preparing for the m/c.

    Sorry AF came Del xx

Hopes hung everyone good news and lots of baby dust.

I'm having a hard time on fb too everyone is either giving birth or going on about their bumps. I'm so jealous its not me. Still waiting for o this month am hitting the opks big time but no hint if even a light line yet. This is going to be a long month I think xx

I would stick around here too if I ever get a bfp stretched, I am way to scared & worried to even consider graduating, I will prob still be lurking here right up until the baby was born! Only then I am sure it would sink in.

Don't get me wrong I am happy for all pregnant ladies I just can't help being extremely jealous & wondering when it will be our turn. I guess I am just more on edge than ever after Sunday.... I hope these feelings get better

I find mine ebb and flow Lama. Some days I'm just so down, others I can handle it. I find I'm at my worst from about 13 DPO when I know I'm not pg until my period finishes. Then it's not so long until we can try for another month.

A few days ago I just had this gut feeling we will not get pg and I should just feel happy with the kids I have. Today I'm filled with a little hope. Just depends with me.

Thanks del, I have just found lately I have no middle ground with emotions. I either up as high as mount Everest or as low as the centre of the earth! I cry at the drop of a hat even tv ads make me sooky!

Question I saw someone had mentioned vitex (sorry can't remember who) but what is it & what should it do/help with?

That was me, and it was one of the herbs I took from the naturopath to even out my hormones caused by endo before I had DD.

    The major ones are VitE
    Vitex
    Fish Oil
    EPO
    Zinc

Black Cohosh is another good one. Vitex helps with hormone imbalance. Really good stuff and it does work. After 54 failed cycles with DD, and pg after 1 month on these herbs, I would say that's more than co-incidence

oh and whatever you do, buy the tablet form. I had the liquid form first and OMG vilest taste you'll ever experience lol

Did I ever mention to your LamaBana that you needed to see a naturopath?
I have the best naturopath in the world!!! She's a fertility specialist and she's just amazing! I don't know where you are in Australia but if you are in Sydney let me know and I'll give you her details. I had severely imbalanced hormones and we are slowly sorting all of that out. I am on a herb which for the life of me I can't remember what it's called but it has been a GODSEND for my PMDD symptoms. I have severe PMS hence why it's actually PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). I will get the name tonight and let you's all know tomorrow what it's called. I'm also on a whole bunch of other stuff. I take something like 12 tablets a day but I've felt so much better since starting them that it doesn't bother me at all now.

Naturopath's can be so amazing so let me know if you want the details of mine.
