    Hi Mel. Welcome

Lovable glad to hear your going well and progesterone is good.

HI Nic, glad that camping was fun! Glaf AF stayed away too but she rears her ugle head this week!

Lilmuffin, I also have really bad O pain on the day but not so bad that I have to lay down. I get really bad gas and sever constipation and a pain in my ovary that makes it hard for me to sit down. You poor thing . Hope you missed the egg this time around ...

Tiggerfields, even though you don't think you caught the egg, you have

AFM, I'm currently CD12 and hoping to O in the next 7 days. I am doing OPK's daily just to make sure I don't miss it and SMEP is going well actually .. DH is very happy

I went to a naturopath on Saturday and I'm soooo glad I went! TMI alert ...
I explained my history and I also explained my LMP to her (I bleed brown on day 1 and only spotting but my first period after D&C day 1 was agonizingly painful with cramps so bad I had to breathe through them and blood was bright red and pouring). She's fairly certain from my description and the fact that I had symptoms identical to my first pregnancy, that I conceived but due to the D&C believes that there was not enough lining for implantation and so I miscarried very early. I suspected this was the case but so glad to have it confirmed by a medical specialist. Well not confirmed per se, but I believe her as I know in my gut that is exactly what happened.

She also found apart from a quite sever deficieny in vitamin D, I am also severely deficient in iron and zinc! Who would have though?? Turns out those 3 are vital for carrying and sustaining a healthy pregnancy. She has put me on vitamins specifically for those deficiencies so we shall see how I go. During my first pregnancy I had a very rapid weight gain of 10kg's in a very short span of time and haven't been able to get it off. Naturopath explained this was a hormonal imbalance and we are taking actions to correct that also. The zinc and iron deficiency also largely contributed to my weight gain and my inability to take it off despite regular walking and zumba sessions. Just so glad we're getting some answers!

Anyways, fingers crossed I o very soon and we catch that beauitiful egg

First time mummy, sounds good u went to see the naturopath. After 3 early miscarriages I started to wonder whether I was low in vitamins and started taking the blackmores conceive well and since then have been ovulating earlier which I think is good for my luteal phase and sustaining a pregnancy.

Just QUICK question - I ovulated on day 12-13 (i know for sure cos I had bloods) so is my period going to come early (7 days after ovulating) or on CD28 (which is how long my cycle usually is)? I don't know when to test. Am 10-11 dpo today. Too scared to see a bfn.

*sigh* bfn on 10dpo so not feeling all that hopeful now, thought there would have been a hint of hormones by then.... Considering all the symptoms! Af is due thursday so will just wait & see. Today a work friend gave me a card for a psychic so think I might go see her just for a bit of piece of mind that we aren't trying in vain.

Sorry for the lack of personals I have such a terrible memory!

Tested 11-12 dpo today (this afternoon) . BFN. No symptoms apart from immense tiredness. May as well wait for AF and not test anymore now.. FS said I had a very strong ovulation so I'll be bummed if I miss out this month.

Hope u ladies are all ok..

LilMuffin - I went to my GP, but he isn't concerned at all about the cyst, apparently it is very small, he said they will do another scan in a couple of months to see if there are any changes. He never said anything about the pain, guess that goes with it *shrugs*.

Either way it has settled down a little bit, It was really bad Sun, last day of camping, so I thought that it was AF on her way but no. GP did say that the more I worry about whether AF is going to show the more she wont, so to try to stop thinking about it (not as easy as it sounds lol)

Lama don't lose hope yet you see a BFP soon.

Lovable it may still be too early to test especially if you tested in the afternoon, i hope you also see a BFP soon.

Nic how long has it been now without AF? Can your doc give you something to bring it on I have heard of people taking a medication but i can't remember what it is called.

LilMuffin, 13 weeks yesterday since d&c, GP isn't worried at all, I go back to the gyne clinic in just over a month, the doc there was hoping I would have had it and also had a bfp by then too, somehow I doubt it

Sorry Lama and lovable for the negs I hate that one stupid line.. I feel for you Lama. I know what it's like to have all the symptoms and dare to hope this may finally be the month... then a BFN and it's like someone has punched me so hard it's knocked the wind out of me when I see that neg.

I've been following here, but trying to keep low key I'm CD 8 so around 4-5 days until the fun begins lol my OPK's and HcG's arrived today. God it's depressing having bought another bulk pack, can't believe so many of us are still here *sighs*

Thanks lilmuffin & delirium. Just really wish TTC was easier than this, I really & truely think conceiving our angel baby was a complete & utter fluke. I guess its not over until af arrives. Sorry to hear about your bfn lovable I hope your turn is soon. Would really love to see some bfps soon!
