Well it's clearer today, looks like a bfp! Was initially relieved to know for sure, now nervous as hell... And no symptoms is very scary! I've just had this feeling that even if it did happen this month, it won't be a sticky.
    Fingers crossed I guess

Congrats to you both bluebridie and spideysmummy! it is great to hear good news

I am still in a dark mood, one of my very good friends has also had a MC last week... she was 12 weeks so now I can only think that you are not safe even at 12 weeks. Trying to be positive but still quite dark.

Huge congratulations Spideysmummy, bluebridie and mumofprincess. I love seeing these stories as it gives me hope that it will happen again for me too. Please keep us posted of your progress!

Gentoo - I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I also had a blighted ovum with my first pregnancy only a month before yours. I'll second what bluebridie said about trying not to be hard on your DH. They don't have to deal with the emotions that we do but they do stress in their own way. My OH was very supportive and seemingly was coping well until he quit his job twice that week (lucky they didn't accept his resignation LOL). It does get easier over time, big hugs though

Ardora and delirium - sorry to hear you are going through tough times. You have both been through a lot. I get so frustrated when I see people not appreciating their children so much more now and even last week had a melt down to DH about us deserving much better than this because we are good people. It really isn't fair.

AFM - I had my 6 week followup last wk after my D&C. Specialist confirmed I have endo and gave me the option of TTC or a laparascopy. Given that we did fall pregnant in our 3rd month of trying, I'm keen to see if we can fall pregnant naturally again and will follow up with him again in 3-6 months if it hasn't happened. He wants me to see him ASAP to monitor my HCG closely and ultrasound ASAP if I do fall pregnant again so I am happy that I will be monitored closely to help with the worry. I'm currently CD9 and feeling really positive about TTC again. Fingers crossed this will be our month.

Default TTC After Miscarriage Support Thread! #3

Hi there - just wondering if I can join?

Had an ectopic 2 weeks ago with a resulting salpingectomy (tube removed). It would have been our 4th child and I am devastated.

I don't conceive easily (kids are 12, 6, 2 - we haven't used contraception in 13 years!) but losing this last one has made me really really want another one. So we've decided to actively ttc even though the odds are against us - I've been reading up on charting, vitex, acupunture - everything! We have to wait a couple of months but I'll be getting ready and following along in the meantime...

Default TTC After Miscarriage Support Thread! #3

Hi ladies, wondering if I can join? I had a D&c last week after a miscarriage at 11 weeks- bubs was 9 weeks.

Wanting to ttc again ASAP - I guess we are just at the mercy of my cycle now...

We seem to conceive easily enough- first month we had a chemical and then second month (straight after) was this most recent bubs. They are. Just not feeling very sticky.

I have a three and a half year old DS but he has a different biological dad. I would never say to DH but sometimes I just get so freaked out that together we not compatible baby makers.

So waiting for O and this time going for opk's, preseed and smep. Hoping for a super quick result!!

Taking vitex now too and also helping this makes for a stickier bub. Not sure how much heartache we can take - tho as DH says - if we want a baby we just have to keep on going.

    Sorry for the massive post.

Congrats to all the BFPs - it has made me hopeful xx

Congrats to those with pos pregs and commiserations to those joining this thread.

I started my period yesterday evening. Yay. Taking this as a good sign my body is getting back to normal after D&C. We plan to start TTC now, but hard not to feel a little apprehensive.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

It is great that body is recovering now though. Do u mind if I ask how long it took to get AF?
