I got the same response from avent, bit then I bought some avent products, emailed them just to say how happy I was with there products and they sent me a bottle dummy and breast pads!!!

Ive emailed a few. Only two replied. Jurlique said they dont do baby samples and mustela bebe asked if me and hubby have skin conditions eczema etc so they can send the correct samples for us and baby.
