    Default PBs for housework?

    How much time do you spend hanging washing, doing dishes, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms etc?

    Cos I'm still getting the hang of this housework thing (after being an honorary Dad for so long), I've started recording my Personal Bests for my regular household tasks (ok, so I need to get a life!).

    The point is just to beat our own best times - otherwise I'd always lose!

    Anyone else with me?

    So far, I have:

    * load of washing on the line 11 mins
    * dishes 40 mins

    And I haven't timed bathrooms or vacuuming yet. It doesn't have to be these, of course, they're just what I'm personally focused on for now.

    Ok, since my last post I tidied, put clothes away and vacuumed 3 bedrooms, tidied and vacuumed the lounge and toyroom, swept half the living room, put a load of washing on, and cleaned the main bathroom.

    Then the kids came home from school!

    So I think I'll call that a general clean in 2 1/2 hours. Could be worse. I wonder if I can wash the floors in future?

    Cmon gals - I can't be the only one who wants to see where my day goes and whether I can improve ny efficiency!
