Hey all, have managed to lose nineteen kilos since I had bubs ten months ago. I work out for an hour a day, five days a week. At least fifty mins cardio, then ten minutes toning (abs, arms, etc.). Have started trying the tracey anderson method, I have her two cardio dance dvds (used to go to dance school heaps before bubs), and am doing some short toning webisodes after the routines. Is anyone else trying her exercises? Also has anyone else lost a lot of weight but have leveled out? I would like to lose a few more kilos and get under 60, but past month just can't shift ANY weight, even though I'm trying to switch up my exercise routine. Any tips would be great! Also if anyone wants to do a tracey anderson challenge with me using her workouts please reply to this thread
