    Default twice frozen bubsicle

Hi girls, just wondering if anyone out there has had success with a twice frozen embryo?
Mine was frozen at day 1 then grown out 6 months later only to be refrozen again as a 5 day blast. Its my last embie and am a bit nervous as to whether it will survive the thaw.... and be a normal baby.

    Hi

From what I have always been told, they dont freeze anything but the best, and especially not if they dont think it would survive the thaw. So I reckon if this baby survives the thaw for the second time, it would be one hell of a strong embie, and an awesome little baby!!

Goodluck hun. When do you think you will be transferring?

Hi gemini, Thanks for that. I am hoping you are right. Really need something good to go my way. My last pregnancy was a disaster.

We wont transfer for about 6 weeks. Ive just got my 1st period since losing the triplets and have to wait until after my next period.

My youngest sister is 8 weeks pregnant so hoping it works so we can enjoy pregnancy together... even if they will be a few months apart.

How are things going for you?

Oh that would be nice if you could share your pregnancies. Hope your next one is a sticky one.

I remember you getting your BFP with the triplets. Very sorry to hear you lost them. Can I ask how many you had transferred?

I'm doing pretty good thanks hun. Trying to enjoy every moment possible but very hard to do when you worry so much. I think anyone doing ivf can understand that. Keep in touch and let me know how you go. I'll try keep track of the ivf threads and keep an eye out for your good news!

    Best of luck xoxo

We only transferred two gemini. I was so doubtful i would even get pregnant let alone with triplets! Who would have ever thought that would happen to me.
I just felt like they were winging it at transfer. i never had an ultrasound before the transfer to check the lining, then we almost missed ovulation. I apparently ovulated early and it was discovered on the first blood test and they nearly missed it. So i kind of felt they were potlucking me.
Anyway i did get pretty sick and I suppose it was just not meant to be.
Now I have 3 little angels who will help guide my last little embie into this world. xx
