    Default Leftover Quiche

    Can it be frozen?
I made one yesterday but DH doesn't like it and DD is allergic to eggs so I'm the only one in the house who eats it. However I have had enough of it but don't want it to go to waste. Does anyone know if it freezes ok?

Yep! it was one of the meals I made up prior to giving birth.

I don't think it should be in there for any longer than 2 months though - and I recommend having it with a relish of sorts as some of the flavour disappeared from mine

ETA: this is pastry-less quiche, if that helps.
