OMG my ds1 is at 4yr kindy too. And we do what you do, I have a toddler seat on the pram in case he gets tired from walking but I also encourage him to walk. I also offer him something to eat as soon as i have picked him up as he is always hungry after kindy even though he has fruit and a sandwich there. If his TA made comments like that to me I would be furious. She is exactly that, an aid not the teacher. I would ask to have a meeting with the teacher and the principal as she is way out of line.

How rude, she has no right to speak to you like that you are the parent.
I would have not been so calm

Oh no no no I didn't think you were saying that Hun

So I'm not sure if the DP said anything to her he was teaching this afternoon so I couldn't speak to him, the TA didn't seem any different and she didn't say anything to me, will try to speak to the DP tomorrow.

Thanks again, I thought my first reaction was correct but I'm still worried she will be a cow to him especially when I am not around
