    Default What would you suggest?

Ok so if you have read my previous posts I had a scare this week and I am getting my implanon removed today. I have had the implanon three times with no problems ( until now) and was on depo for five years before that.
Sooooo my question is what do I use now? I never got my af with either and I kind of want to get my cycle back to normal but I know a few people who got pregnant on the pill...

I know a lot of people who use an swear by Mirena! Even my mum, who haemorrhaged last year, entering menopause... Good luck, hopefully someone else has more helpful advice than me!

I too swear by Mirena. It took 3 months to vully settle down and then I have had almost no period since (a day or two ov bleeding so light that a liner covers it) and just had a month with no period at all. It lasts vor 5 years and while getting it put in isnt vun, its worth it.

If you want your cycle to go back to normal, I would steer clear of the mirena. Why don't you use a copper IUD? The same as the mirena but without any hormones. I have one and it is awesome

Implanon was ****iest thing happened to me... The scar on my arm still reminds me of my stupidity. I was on Nuva ring before Ds and it was great but this stooopid GP suggested i should use implanon as it is hassle free and cheap as compared to Nuva Ring.
Well i realised my mistake after couple of months and m back on Nu a ring. Feels great now.No side- effects nothing. But again results vary from person to person. Hope i havent confused you ...
