Hi, I would go to your doctor.

I bleed pretty bad during my pregnancy, I too got feint positives and then a few days later started bleeding, I thought I had lost it and went to my doctor, she sent me for an ultrasound right away as it can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy, usually bleeding early on is the first sign.

My baby was ok, I still kept bleeding an went for weekly ultrasounds, they suspected I might have had one baby implant in the uterus but another might have planted in my ovaries or else where.

The bleeding stopped at 12 weeks and there was only 1 baby in the uterus and everything looked fine.
I kept bleeding on and off until I had her.

It I possible to have bleeding and still be pregnant with a healthy baby.
But most of the time it can mean the baby has passed (or you have had a "missed miscarriage") or it can mean ectopic pregnancy, early on pain isn't sometimes felt with an ectopic, it's not until the baby gets bigger or if your tube bursts.

I would just go see a dr to make sure everything is ok, and to see what is happening or what has happened.

    Good luck xo
