Default :( Had to put my cat down today

Poor little guy, he was not quite one. He had a very rare disease that may have hibernated for ages and then came on really quickly. Its untreatable and not pleasant. It was pretty awful, but he died very peaceful, quick death on my lap. I've never had to do this before, I never want to do it again. So sad. RIP little Saxon.

    Poor little kitty cat.

    ((hugs))

It's awful to lose a member of the family so suddenly.

Thanks everyone. I didn't really think anyone would read this TBH. Pets are so awesome, but, ugh, so hard when things don't go right.

I had my kitten die in my arms from a rare disease that hibernated for a long time. She just started being quiet, not eating for a week prior to her dying. My parents fobbed it off as nothing, until I walked into my room to find her gasping for air. I wish I could have taken her to the vets and have her put to sleep rather than have to suffer.
    it really sucks, doesn't it

It's amazing how our pets can have such a huge impact on our lives!

We had to put down one of our beloved dogs last June. He was 9 years old and it was the hardest thing we have ever had to do!! Hope you're going ok?!
