    I live on a 'retreat'... it's a court with about 40 houses.

    10odd klm dirt road (that council rarely grade so full of potholes/corregrates). there's 8 houses/5 properties but only 4 houses are occupied

    i live on a street in a small township - there are about eight 1 acre houses on the dirt road and we are at the end of the street (road turns into our driveway) on 10acres.
