Well, my first boyfriend was serious at the time... but in hindsight he wasn't anything like my adult relationships... so I won't count him.

In that case, it was 2. My ex, who I was with for nearly 4 years... and my current partner, who I have been with for nearly 4 years as well. Given I'm not feeling like I want to stab DP, I expect it won't end soon and this will be my longest-lasting relationship.

Two. First one was with him for almost 3 years until I found his computer stash and left.
FOB was with for almost 2 years before I left him. Now single and hoping for 3rd time lucky sometime.

    Three.

First one was over 4 years and we were engaged.

Second one was less than a year but it was intense and it taught me alot about being in a relationship and what I would and would not accept. I credit this relationship for my ability to finally make a committment and to lose some of my 'its all about me' attitude.

Third - almost 7 years and we have been married 4 of the 7 years.

    Ex-boyfriend lasted 5 years from age 16-21.

Met DH when I was 22. We've now been together for 10 years and married for almost 5!

One - which made our first year very hard as he was still mourning his previous 2 year long) relationship and I couldn't understand what he was going through - caused a lot of problems!

    But 7.5 years later... :-)

    Three, and then DH.

Not kidding, two of the three exes ended up in the psych ward after we broke up and the third should have.
