My DD is 8 weeks and has a similar routine she started doing the same thing a couple of weeks ago i found that it was she was getting cold at that time of morning and couldn't resettle herself I've started putting an extra light blanket/wrap on her when she has her last feed and she has now gone back to not waking till 6.

I often wondered if this was the reason. My DD does this also she is 10 weeks aswell. Used to be spot on 5 every morning since birth. We just bring her into bed with us and she goes straight back to sleep. I used to think she wanted a feed but she would just spit it out and not want to feed. So maybe that extra body warmth is enough.
