    I took 1000 a day for 3 mths slowly weaning off to 12 wk. I was pregnant before this using vitex but it was a blighted ovum. I believe it helped us conceive. I did alot of research as it can have side effects. A friend tried to conceive for 3 yrs went to alternative medicine was given this and conceived . That's our success stories with vitex but it said it can cause miscarriages, be careful.

    I have just started using this the past month to hopefully regulate after no period for 8 months after stopping the pill....hope it works. Any suggestions how much to take??

    Just wondering I was taking vitex and jut ran out if bottle but my AF hasn't stopped since is this normal ? Oh also on pill n still getting AF when not supposed to very annoying
