    hi

in was tossing up btw the two as well and ended up going with the baby jogger...for me the strider was too wide and heavier, my pram i currently have is wide enuf and i struggle with it so couldnt cop something that was even wider. i had just heard better things about the BJCS. i got mine from winkalotts in NZ and it was $780 including the 2nd seat

We're going for the city select! We had the strider plus for two weeks and I hated it! Luckily, my friend was going to buy one so I ended up selling it to her!

I found it too heavy and the wheels werent that great. And it was so wide! The seat also didnt seem very tall to me? We bought a new car with a bigger boot and with the strider in it, We could barely fit the baby bag in there! Let alone a food shop!

The price was the only good point and the reason why I went for it. It's great that it comes with so many accessories though! It's funny tho, people either love it or they hate it!

After we sold it, we just bought a mclaren stroller and love it to death! But not that great for a newborn obviously!

I'm pretty sure we will go for the city select this time round. But I will check it fits in our boot and how tall the seats are etc. Before we purchase! Pram's take a lot of research! Lol !!

Get the BJCS brand new from Amazon.com! I bought mine for $499 + about $90 shipping (from the US) and it arrived within a week. A lot of ladies on here have done the same

Yes another BJSC fan here. I have had many prams but this one is by far the best yet and honestly can't see mysefl getting another pram ever.

My son is almost 4 and still goes in it at times (and he is a tall 4) he fits fine (little big but still comfortable enough)

You can fold the pram with 1 seat attatched but its so quick and easy to pull it off. I never bother folding it with it on.

It is much lighter and yes not nearly as wide either.

It steers really well and you have an equally big basket which is also accessable from all side of the pram regardless of seat configuration.

We also have they buggy board thing at the back for ds to ride on and its easy and not in the way.

    Wheels are brilliant.

The seats have got a little wider, bigger then recent years and have a little more padding. However you can still fit previous year seats on to it.

I have a purple and red seat which i love being able to have different colours.

The shade is brilliant and goes a fair way stopping my kids getting wet, sunburnt, wind etc.

There is nothing that i would say i dislike about it.

I too got mine from amazon and it cost me alot less then here. I have used it and had it for over 12months and it still looks new and have had no issues with it at all.

My friend is actually selling her strider plus to buy a BJSC as she hates the bulkiness, heavy weight and width.

    Hope this helps.

Oooh...I like the sound of the harder wearing wheels and the slightly thinner size of the bjcs, but if I could get it for cheaper I'll be getting it!!

    Hmm...more investigating though.

Just be aware buying through Amazon means the warranty is void

isnt the warranty only 12 months anyway? I'm happy to buy through amazon minus the warranty. If it arrived to me damaged then I'm sure amazon would have to replace it? You would think anyway? But I'd be happy to take my chances
