Everyone seems to just have this disrespectful attitude when it comes to talking about Centrelink that people don't realise I don't share.
While I'm going into my 11th week of waiting for Centrelink to process my child care claim so I can stop spending 1/3 of my fortnightly pay on CC, I would never get narky with the call centre people! And I don't think I could ever be one because I'd fight with all the rude people!

I know the abuse she cops daily for things that are out of her control.
I think that often comes out of frustration and desperation. Earlier this month I was left with zero payment for 20 days because the system is too confusing for everyone. Not the staffs fault and the majority of them were very apologetic.

I have complained about Centrelink before but as a system. And as with any job, there are those who do not do their jobs well. We just tend to hear about those ones because they are the ones who affect us most.
