    Default Travelcalm??

I am wondering how much travelcalm you can take? The packet says 2-3 hlaf hr before travel and then 1 per hour as needed.

I am only 5wks and have that terrible, contstant sick feeling. I haven't been sick or feel like spewing - just this constant sick feeling.

I thought Travelcalm where working over weekend and they did help, but I guess my sickness is increasing over time?

Has anyone else taken this and how many did u take? I have been taking 2 in the monring and then a couple more throughout the day as I can't stand the sick feeling any longer. (I just took one with my lunch so thats 3 for today so far).

Any other tips for me? I ahve been trying to eat but im just not hungry - I have a health food shake - you know like tony fergusen for breaksfast made with milk. A slice of toast at 10.30. Another slice of toast with about half a cup of pumpkin soup. I have trail mix sitting next to me at work and will try to eat that. I have had plenty of water, a peppermint tea and now a tea made with ginger and a bit of sugar.

Holding on - I know what you mean - I am nervous too - I think once you have a misscarriage it changes everything.

ElectricRodeo has started a thread for those who are pregnant after a miscarriage - we all at different stages and overcoming different emotions.

    Sending you sticky vibes!

This, BUT get the Reject Shop ones. They are the same thing and only $2.

And there is Homopathic Lolly Pops I get for the kids BUT check if you can have them in pregnancy and if so how many you could have as an adult because they are aimed at kids. They are All Natural Kids Travel Sick Lolly Pops in a red box.

They work fantastic for DD3 who gets terrible motion sickness. Last time we went away we were in the car (with stops) for over 4hrs and all she had was the wrist bands and the lolly pops (max of 3 a day for kids). She didn't even complain about feeling sick much and didn't vomit. When she started to feel sick again she had another lolly pop. This is coming from a child that would normally start crying that she feels sick after only 20mins in the car.

i found the only thing that helped me was sipping gingerale ( i hate ginger btw) small and frequent meals
I would get rid of the shake and maybe try a smoothie with heaps of fruit and yogurt in it to try and keep your tummy feeling fuller. Hugs on the pregnancy, the first trimester for me was the worst. Hopefully you feel better soon x
