It killed my sex drive so I stopped taking it and a week later it's back to normal!

I was a microcow on this poll. It was when I was about 18. My mum told me to stop taking them or move out haha. Bad mood swings. Went on to monofeme afterwards and that was fine!

Hang on...I'm getting confused (pregnancy brain). Microlut is the breastfeeding one right?? I was fine on that. I think it was the Diane I was on when I was younger!!

Microlut can do all this?! I have been on it recently and had bad anxiety.. I didn't think it was related at all but I stopped taking it because I am crap at remembering it.. and my mood has slightly improved..hmm

In hindsight it's made me moody to the point I thought I had PND, I gained a truckload of weight, and have no libido ...

I'm currently weaning ds and can't wait to go back to my regular pill!! ...

I took Microlut for 5 months before stopping. I turned into a psycho, raging bish! My poor DP copped my tantrums almost daily, my s3x drive was non existent and I found my patience was pretty much zilch.

We now (and have done for 8mths) use the pull out method. I want another baby & he's not sure yet, I told him to use condoms instead but he won't. I won't be devo if I got pregnant again

Contraceptives that are safe while breastfeeding are condoms, a diaphragm, the Mirena, copper IUD (can someone confirm that? Not 100% sure on that one), spermicidal gel (usually in conjunction with condoms) or the mini pill (Microlut). Or there's always good ol' abstinence!

I was getting dizzy spells and bad diarrhea nearly every day after I'd been on it for 3 weeks. I thought i just had gastro, but made the connection after I stopped taking it (figured while I had the runs all the time there was no point taking it!). Things settled down, so took it again after about 10 days off it. 3 days later dizzy and diarrhea again. Not taking it anymore.

Ah crap! I have Microlut ready to start on in a week or so but now I don't wanna! Might have to use condoms till I can have a Mirena put in.

You might be fine. I took it after DS and was fine, but not this time!
