    I didn't eat well for a while - just ate what the kids did or same thing all the time cos I couldn't be bothered.

    But now I think stuff it!! I should make myself lovely meals even if I'm eating by myself - gives me some thing to look forward to!!

    Not a recipe as such I just cooked the prawns and scallops in butter and crushed garlic then welted the spinach leaves and added it to the egg fettuccini and stirred in ricotta cheese. Then I added a little sweet chilli sauce on top. To be honest I think the seafood would've been nicer in a rice - the pasta was kinda heavy and I left a lot of it uneaten. The seafood was delicious!!!

    Aww thank you Others are inspiring me - I had seafood tonight because of this thread. I have only ever cooked fish. First time in my life I've cooked prawns or scallops
