Not very exciting, but here's my high protein brekky:
Egg, mushroom and cheese toastie on chia bread with a glass of milo (I HATE the taste of milk so milo is the only way to get it down!)
Natural yoghurt, banana, honeydew melon, kiwi fruit, almond and honey
Today's baking efforts, chocolate cranberry muffins (whats left of them!) and 5 seed bread.
That bread looks perfect Thermo! Wish I could work out how to upload pics grrr
