Lunch spinach, roast pumpkin and pinenuts with mint/ yoghurt dressing
My food for the day.
Brekky, muffins w vegemite and avo. (most went to dog cos I had ms)
Lunch, cup of my chook and barley soup
Dinner, eye fillet and veggies (had left over meat to use up from sat)
And I had a strawberry super dupper for dessert and 2 choc chip cookies for morning tea.
Food looks yum! We had curry and spring rolls. It was an easy quick meal. Forgot a photo.
For lunch I made a roast veggie toasted Turkish bread, it was delicious.
