    Sneaky way to get spinach in...put your chopped tomatoes in with spinach (and any other veg you want) into a blender and munch them up! Looks just like normal spag bog but with veggie goodness. If you're worried about colour, add some tomato paste and it reds up nicely! It's the only way I can get my MIL to eat veggies at our place-she hasn't worked it out yet!!! =D

    Hehe I did that with a pile of veggies for this sauce, all you can see is the capsicum because I don't like it blitzed. It's a good trick

    Dinner : Egg and tofu fried rice mmmm

    I ve been munching on fresh fruit and nuts all day hence the 1 meal. I get full easily.
