    Hey I remember reading about people losing weight with this thread ... I just weighed myself and I think I've lost about 2kg in 2 weeks!! Could just be a fluke ... Will check again in the morning

    I can see why this would happen. What a great idea to lose weight actually

    2kilos is massive do you snack in between or just 3 meals only?

    Well I just checked this morning and I have lost 2 kg.... I'm the lightest I've been in about 7 years ... Only 5 kg to go and I'll be where I want.

    Sometimes I snack sometimes I don't. Just depends if I'm hungry really.

    Will post breakfast pic soon ...

    I haven't lost any!! Lol I have actually put a kilo on! I have been eating a lot of bread and potatoes lately though. I don't eat any fatty foods so at least it's only from carbs.

    Don't look at the pav .... Don't look at the pav Haha!!! Desserts get me hey!! I could go forever without potatoes or bread (I hope it can't hear me saying that ... It's an empty threat really) ... But sweets get me every.time!!!
