Alrighty! Dinner tonight doesn't win any prizes for presentation but is a real favourite in our house as it is tasty, easy and cheap!

Bowties with sundried tomato pesto, and chargrilled vegetables (capsicum (red, yellow and green), zucchini, eggplant and mushroom).

Pav for dessert thanks to PP!! =D

See I love the idea of a chocolate mug cake. I tried it a few weeks ago and I swear it would of bounced several times if I had dropped it. What did I do wrong? How long do you zap it for maybe I did it for to long....ooooo custard yummmmm !!!!

    4 tbs flour
2-3 tbs sugar (adjust to your liking)
    2 tbs cocoa powder
    2 tbs oil
2 tbs water or milk (I use milk)

Mix and zap for 60secs - easy, quick and delish!

Yes, or I actually put mine in a small bowl (see pic) so I can add other things.
