    I am the same after my decision to go veggo. I used to feel terrible and fatigued (made worse by lupus) but once I went veggo things really improved. Goes to show the influence diet has on wellbeing doesn't it!

    I've totally had to ban lollies, chocolate and my worst ice cream!!! Although now I'm downing dates at s ridiculous rate! And they're filled sugar so doesn't leave me with much

    Ooh yes I agree!! DH feels better for it too. I was a veggo before vegan but he was a full on meat eater!! He doesn't miss it at all!! He had really bad IBS Which is now gone.

    Also I just want to say thankyou to everyone who has been involved in this post. DH and I are having no luck at all TTC (15months now, soon to w 16) and I was getting really, really down. I stopped cooking and didnt have the heart to care what i put in my mouth. Then I stumbled on this thread and the encouragement and great food you are all sharing has been the pick me up I needed.
