Default No subject to finance in contract

Can any one tell me how long you have to sort out your finance if signed a contract for house with no subject to finance clause?

It's usually 14 days, look thru your contract it will be in there. If you need more time you need to speak to your solicitor/lawyer to get an extension. Make sure your on top of that! As well as pest! so important or you don't have a leg to stand on

Sorry I don't understand. If your contract isn't subject to finance, then you are assumed to have the money to settle. You can't cancel the contract because you can't come up with the money.

Did you mean something else? *confused*

We know that we cannot get of of the contract now. So just as long as the money is handed over by settlement we dont have to have finance confirmed by a certain date before that do we ?

No you don't. The vendor doesn't care as long as you have the $ by settlement date.
